I decided to start this blog due to the great number of frequently asked questions I receive by email each week on my website at jmichaelclay.com. I hope to provide insight into current events and issues which pertain to Texas Family Law issues, including divorce, child custody, child support, and adoption, and I hope that readers will find these posts helpful.
A number of changes to the Texas Family Code are scheduled to take effect September 1, 2007. In future posts, I'll try to discuss the major changes and how they may effect my current and future clients.
Thanks for visiting, and I hope you come back!
